Practicing 30 minutes of sport a day helps to keep away anxiety


To unwind, to empty your head or to escape, sport is really perfect. 

It allows to evacuate the tensions and to channel the energy. For these reasons, it is a perfect weapon against stress.

How can anxiety be controlled by doing some sports ? Because of the dopamine and endorphins, the hormones produced during the sport!

During physical exercise, well-being hormones, endorphins, are released. You feel better, your anxiety decreases and your sleep soothed. But sport also allows the brain to release dopamine, a neurotransmitter that intervenes in the mechanisms of reward. This explains the state of euphoria and fullness felt at the end of a training … but also the fact that sport can become a drug.
