Curried Shrimp Salad

Here is a recipe of Curried Shrimp Salad ideal for a light meal, rich in protein and low in carbohydrates.

– 1/3 cup Real Mayonnaise
– 1/2 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
– 2 tsps Curry Powder
– 1 1/4 lbs Shrimp
– 1/2 medium Yambean (Jicama)


1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder until smooth.

2. Add shrimp and jicama; toss to coat evenly with dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
