Chocolate is known as a “craving” food!
It can be explained by its nutrition facts : chocolate contains tryptophan, an amino acid that, coupled with carbs (here banana sugar), creates serotonin (called the “hormone of pleasure “). To benefit from its advantages, prefer those with 80% cocoa minimum and without other fats than cocoa butter. To enjoy with moderation!
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE :
For 8 cakes
– 2.5 oz ground almonds
– 1 big egg
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 big banana
– 4 squares of dark chocolate with at least 80% cocoa beans
– ½ teaspoon of bitter cocoa
PREPARATION STEPS :
1.Preheat oven 350°F.
2.In a bowl, mix the almond powder, the vanilla sugar and the cocoa powder.
3.Crush the banana in a salad bowl, add the egg and mix well. Incorporate this preparation with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4.Crush the squares of chocolate then add them to the dough.
5.Pour it into 8 silicone molds or form 8 rounds on baking paper and cook for 10 minutes.
6.Let it cool before tasting.
